Return and Refund

Thank you for shopping with VapingCartStore™. We strive to provide high-quality vape cartridges and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@vapingcartstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If your return is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our Customer Service team at support@vapingcartstore.com to obtain an RMA number. Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@vapingcartstore.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Provide detailed information and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will replace the item or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at support@vapingcartstore.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has been shipped, please follow the return procedures outlined above.
